This three unit development was the answer to creating tailormade offices for ‘Landmark Homes’ in the Waikato region.

Areas of cedar cladding softened and added warmth to the concrete tilt panel and Colorsteel construction, while the fixed louvres added detail and privacy to the internal spaces. The architectural design of this 2 storey property, provides a much needed separation between client meeting areas, staff offices and workshop areas. The finished result was sleek, refined and practical in purpose.
