Rectifying the dysfunctional layout and dated interiors of this property was the key objective in this project.

One of the major elements in desperate need of change was the location of the main bathroom, which was situated in the middle of the living area. It lacked privacy and practicality of space. Shifting the bathroom and re-designing the space, opened up the entire ground floor and created a large open-plan area with continuous flow to the outdoor living areas. Adding a new entry door canopy and refreshing the exterior claddings also provided a much needed lift and revitalisation to the entire home.
